Required for Issuer mobile banking app initiated provisioning requests to Apple. Contains the contents of the nonce field, in hexBinary, received by the issuer from Apple’s servers. This is used to verify that the same device is used with the issuer’s mobile banking app and the provisioning request sent to Visa and helps prevent replay.
