Negative Reward Collection

In the case when reward points have already been redeemed but the original transaction against which reward points were accumulated is reversed, the reward points balance can become negative on a card account. CoreCard allows recovery of the negative reward points after assessing the number of cycles under which reward point balance was negative and if it breaches the negative reward threshold.
