Dispute Resolution

The dispute resolution process allows a dispute decision to be marked in the CoreCard system. The card processor can resolve a dispute in the cases of the cardholder agreeing to the charge during the investigation or a card network closing the dispute resolution process. In any case, the CoreCard system has an API to mark a dispute as resolved in favor of the cardholder or merchant based on an analysis and assessment of the transaction in question.
