Reward Adjustment

If reward points calculated incorrectly or mistakenly credited, the CoreCard system allows rectification at the card account level. The CoreCard API may be used to manually add or reduce reward points as per rectification requirements.

Rollback Loyalty Points

Use this API to roll back loyalty rewards points accumulated on a particular transaction by providing a loyalty transaction ID.
